1.Returns and Refunds
1.1. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in the same condition as you received it.
1.2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was damaged or defective.
1.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase, typically within 2 business days of receiving the returned product(s).
1.4 Customer is requested to make a video of unboxing the package and turning it on so that the claim is being made.
1.5 Return Cost ( Courier ) will be customer’s responsibility.
1.6 Product not meeting customer’s expectations due to change of mind , return is not applicable on such products.
